Producing an accurate estimate for your projects' cost is the 1st step in staying on budget and  not overpaying for materials.
 

Our process is as follows:

  1). We will consult the construction documents. by referencing the blueprints and specifications, we can see which type of materials the contractor or owner has requested.

  2). We will itemize the necessary materials. Contractors will make a list of all of the items required for the project—or the materials needed for their specific trade. 

  3). We will count and calculate quantities. Finally, contractors will systematically work through the drawings and take off each item from the drawings as they add it to their list of quantities.

(The cost of the take off packet is determined by  the square footage of the new construction.)
